US Persuading China, Russia To Support Sanctions on Iran

Through their diplomacy, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva and Turkish Prime Minister, Tayeb Erdogan have persuaded Iran to hand over half of its semi-enriched uranium to Turkey and in return, it will be given enriched fuel for research and medical requirements for one year. While it will be able to enrich up to 20 percent of the remaining uranium.

Thus, Iran concluded an agreement on seven conditions with Turkey and Brazil. Keeping in view the US campaign to impose sanctions on Iran, the Brazilian president and Turkish prime minister, convinced Iran to abandon its previous stance so that some crisis may not emerge in the Gulf because the US was getting ready to launch a sudden air attack on Iran under the pretext of Iran's nuclear weapons program and was urging the five permanent members of the UN Security Council to impose the stringent sanctions on Iran. So far as Britain and France are concerned, they are bent on dismantling Iran's peaceful nuclear program out of their ethnic and religious prejudice, but Russia and China differed on imposing stringent sanctions on Iran.
Warning and Threats
And the US had overcome these differences by making deals. The US assured that it would not take up the issue of human rights violations in Russia while deferred its demand from China to revise its currency exchange rate. It appears that the US has persuaded Russia for the UN Security Council resolutions against Iran. Its proof is its (Russia's) dissatisfaction over the agreement concluded by Turkey and Brazil. It led to bitterness between Iran and Russia and the Russian foreign policy advisor, responded to the criticism of Russia by Iranian President Ahmedinejad with impoliteness. He warned the Iranian president that no president can retain his power by the force of his rhetoric as, what he said, was clear from 2,500 years of Iranian history.

This comes true in case of Russia that the Soviet Czar and his successor communist rulers failed to rule over Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Azerbaijan for more than 150 years and the local population drove them out and now their leadership is also being removed. In addition to these Turk- origin states, the white-skinned Christian population also came out of its empire. Ukraine, Georgia, Lithuania broke away from the Soviet Union and became independent states. Now, Shishtan, Tataristan, and Dagestan are about to get freedom.

We are surprised at the Russian behavior. It does not talk about imposing sanctions on Israel, which has neither signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) nor the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT), nor Fissile Material Cutoff Treaty (FMCT). However, according to an estimate, it has 200 nuclear bombs while according to CIA estimate this number is 400. It hurls threat every other day to attack Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Iran's nuclear program. To US, Russia, France, and Britain, Israel's nuclear stockpiles are not a threat to the world peace while the Iranian peaceful nuclear program is a grave threat for the western states. What sort of logic is this Putin! Medvedev?

Poland has deployed its anti-missile system in Poland adjacent to the Russian border, which Russia considers as a threat to itself. However, the Polish foreign minister has supported the deployment of the US forces in his country. The United States says that the missiles are being deployed to defend Europe from possible missile attack by Iran, and these are not a threat to Russia, but Russia considers them as a threat for its security.
In addition, The US had declared the Russian attack on Georgia on 7 March 2009 as threat to the world peace and expanding North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Now, the number of Atlantic Treaty has increased to 28 from 16 in the wake of the end of cold war. The imperialistic forces will use their collective military power for seizing the natural resources of Afro Asia, and Latin American states. The US influence has reached up to Georgia and Ukraine while is has military bases in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, where it was hard to imagine during the cold war that the US will dare break into the Soviet Union. However, this is a fact that the United States has completely cornered off both China and Russia.

Blackmailing North Korea
Meanwhile, it is blackmailing North Korea, the old ally of China, to suppress China. It says that North Korea sank a South Korean warship in March. At the same time, it has used the Security Council to impose sanctions on North Korea with a view to destroy its nuclear arsenal and factories.

Hillary Clinton is going from post to pillar from Moscow to Beijing, so that Iran and North Korea may be disarmed to establish the US domination. The newspapers give an impression that China is also vacillating like Russia due to the US pressure.

If the information of the western media is to be believed, it (China) has also agreed to support the US draft resolution to impose sanctions on Iran. If it is correct, it is axing its own feet because China is an important buyer of the Iranian gas while Russia has built nuclear power houses in Iran and it has to work on more projects. If Russia and China supported the fourth US resolution on sanctions on Iran, they will lose the confidence of Afro-Asian and Latin American states.

Trade and Political Interests
Now, that Russia and China are compromising with the US and European Union under the compulsion of their expediency and for the sake of their trade and political interests, Turkey and Brazil have risen against the hegemony of five-member mafia (the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Russia, and China) on nuclear energy. This is an important change in the international scenario.
The question is that all these five riders have stockpiles of nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons and are threatening and blackmailing other countries on this basis. They have declared themselves exempted from NPT, CTBT, and FMCT, while bullying the other states to follow these treaties. Now if we closely see, these five powers are holding the remaining 187 member states of the UN as hostage while according to the article one of UN Charter, all the member states of the world body have equal rights and independence.

Violation of UN Charter
The NPT is a flagrant violation of the UN charter. Then, why all remaining states should accept it? Now, even if the NPT is accepted in principle, then why it is not being implemented on Israel and India? While both the states have neither sign the treaty nor implemented the same.

Despite this, the 45- member nuclear supplier groups has exempted 35 percent nuclear reactors of India from the inspection of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), under the US pressure, and given free a hand to them to produce nuclear bomb. Because of this, India voted against Iran's nuclear program in the IAEA board of governors and under the US pressure, it quit the Iran- Pakistan-India gas pipeline project.

Enriching Uranium Production
If China and Russia support clamping down of sanctions on Iran, it will be a great injustice with Iran because according to the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) sources themselves, Iran had frozen its nuclear program in 2003 and is not enriching uranium more than 20 percent. It is the clear evidence that its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes because 93 percent uranium has to be enriched for production of bombs.

It appears that the days of this five-member mafia in international politics have been numbered and no matter even if these powers get resolution against Iran adopted at the Security Council, they should know that it will have no importance than a mere piece of paper. If the non-aligned countries become active at this juncture, then it will become imperative for the United Nations to cancel Article 27 about the cancellations of rights.

New US Nuclear Policy

US President Barack Obama has announced a new nuclear policy, which maintains that the United States reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in case of extreme circumstances. The United States will disband a large number of its nuclear weapons and only maintain a bare minimum for its defense.
The new nuclear policy has imposed a number of sanctions on the use of nuclear weapons, but Iran and North Korea have been restricted from availing any remissions under this policy. China's nuclear program has been declared murky.

Aim of New Policy
Before announcing this policy in an interview with The New York Times, President Obama said that he felt Pakistan has made its nuclear installations safe. Nuclear extremism is the biggest threat and the United States reserves the right to use nuclear weapon in defense of its allies. At the same time, dependence on nuclear weapons will be minimized and the defense of the United States will be based on conventional weapons.

The aim of this new policy is to give incentives to countries, which are willing to withdraw the option of nuclear weapons and refrain from nuclear intentions. Countries like Iran and North Korea, which violate the NPT, will not be able to benefit from this policy.

Discouragement for Other Countries
To discourage nuclear proliferation, Obama's new nuclear policy seems to be very positive, which says that the United States will abandon making nuclear weapons and maintain their use to a bare minimum. This policy is craftily drafted.

According to this policy, the United States wants to be the sole nuclear power and does not want to give the right to any other country to use nuclear technology for its defense. The fact of the matter is that in the Second World War the United States used nuclear bombs against the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and showed the way to countries of the world how to defend themselves through nuclear technology.

Hegemony on Nuclear Technology
Despite facing the brunt of nuclear bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan rose as an economic giant and compelled the United States to buy its products. But the question arises what lesson did the United States learn from this catastrophe? It seems that the United States only nurtured its ambition of expansionism and the desire to be a superpower.

Outside of this nuclear club no other country has the right to defend itself with nuclear technology. The United States wanted to make itself the sole merchants of nuclear technology.

The aim of the NPT and CTBT was also to maintain the US hegemony on nuclear technology. Moreover, India and Israel have fully been patronized by the United States in their nuclear initiatives. They have been encouraged and helped to attain nuclear technology.

Double Standard Game
Does this not speak of the double standard of the United States? Many countries' nuclear tests were considered violations of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT), and strict economic sanctions were imposed on them.
India, however, got some benefits, and has, so far, entered into 123 nuclear. Israel is an established nuclear partner of the United States. Our nuclear installations were threatened with attack by the Israeli Air Force, but this plan was foiled by our vigilant Air Force.

Assessment
The foundation of proliferation was laid by the United States itself. The United States does not want Iran, Pakistan, and North Korea to progress in this field. Likewise, Iran, after continued threats from the United States, decided to go nuclear. Only nuclear China can challenge the United States and strike a balance of power in the region.

Now, the United States, in order to impose its nuclear position, has set the stage for a reduction of nuclear arms, thus curtailing many countries' nuclear capabilities, depriving them from their right to defend themselves with nuclear technology.

Medvedev-Obama Summit and New START Treaty

The new START Treaty to be signed by Russian and US Presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Barack Obama in Prague on April 8 creates real possibilities for saving funds even in the near future, for instance, at the time of verification of its implementation. The Russian and US delegations to the signing ceremony will also include legislators. It is impossible to expect 100 percent synchronization of the ratification because of different procedures in Russia and the United States.

The process has three phases in Russia, including hearings at the State Duma and the Federation Council and approval by the chief of state, and two phases in the United States (Senate hearings and approval by the chief of state). At the same time, Senate procedures take longer.

Preparation for Ratification
The State Duma is thoroughly preparing for the ratification. However, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has promised that the treaty would be submitted to the house by the end of April. There will be preliminary consultations or even special hearings. There are no disagreements over the content of the new treaty.
The US side said that the treaty did not limit missile defense systems but affirmed a link between strategic defensive and offensive weapons. This link allows Russia to quit the treaty in case of a unilateral breach of the balance of forces. That would be a deterring factor for the United States.
The treaty will be subject to ratification and will come into force at a time of exchange of instruments of ratification. Its period of operation is ten years. A provision is made for prolonging the treaty on a decision of the Sides for a period of no longer than five years if it is not replaced earlier by a subsequent agreement on reduction or limitation of strategic offensive weapons.

Implementation of Treaty
The treaty's implementation will not necessitate allocation of additional appropriations from the federal budget. Obligations, provided for by the treaty, will be implemented thanks to funds, provided for by federal bodies of executive power for appropriate activities. In addition, following reduction of the nuclear potential, redundant from the viewpoint of containment, the burden of its servicing will decrease in future, naturally.
The new treaty also creates real possibilities to save funds even in the near future, for instance, for verification of its implementation. At the same time, some difficulties may arise in creating favorable public opinion with respect to the document. Regrettably, both sides underestimated, at some stage, activities and antagonism of opponents to the development of Russian-American relations. Many of them exploited their criticism of the future Treaty as an instrument of pumping up political confrontation between the two countries.

Ensuring Global Security
This document, the new US nuclear strategy, has not been published yet and we do not have the opportunity to examine it closely. However, at first glance and judging by what President Obama has said, I have a positive opinion about this document, since it is a considerable step toward the Russian concept and in keeping with how Russia sees the problem of ensuring global security.
Hopefully, after the new treaty on strategic offensive weapons is signed by Russia and the US, all incomplete and unclear aspects will be removed and the treaty will be not just a diplomatic document, but truly reflect Russian and US stances on this issue.

Three Major Issues
At the same time, there are three main issues on which the White House could make its stance clearer. He recalled that the Russian leadership had recently proposed to keep nuclear arsenals based only in the countries where they currently exist. Russia has no nuclear weapons beyond its borders, whereas the US tactical nuclear weapons are deployed in Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and, if I am not mistaken, Turkey, as well as the US.
The second issue is the commitment of the two leading world superpowers not to deploy nuclear weapons in space. For now, the US has not been deploying nuclear weapons in space, but as this is technically feasible one cannot entirely rule it out.
The third issue is the ratification of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT). Russia has long ratified it, but the US has not.

India-Japan Getting Toward Powerful Friend

"My shoes are Japanese" is a very popular song of 1950s. But even today, children hum its tune with the same ardor. The word "Japanese" might have been familiar to Indians but the country itself seemed to be a small island in Asia. Its economic progress has created history.
Japan was thoroughly ruined by US nuclear bombs. Yet, it later formed an alliance with that very country to take the manufacturing sector by storm. As a result, Japan has turned into a global economic powerhouse, to become the second most powerful economy. China and India are today competing to become a superpower in Asia. But Japan was the first country in the region to have a successful record of modernization.
If friendship between India and Japan had not reached the expected level, the United States has to be partly blamed for it. Our relations with Japan at this stage cannot actually be described as "cordial." But relations change with time. US-Japan relationship is no longer the same. China is determined to replace Japan as the second most powerful economy. Its growing military strength is giving jitters to Japan about a future crisis. At the same time, under Obama's leadership the United States has decided to accept China as the leader in Asia. The need to create a balance of power in the continent has, therefore, drawn Japan toward India.

Signing CTBT
During Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama's recent India visit, differences surfaced between the two countries over India having not signed the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT). Yet, it carries out much significance because 45 countries of the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) have adopted a considerably soft approach toward India. Most of them have signed civilian nuclear cooperation agreement also, under which they have promised to supply raw material for nuclear plants in India. This has been made possible as a consequence of the India-US nuclear deal during the Bush Administration. When in 1998, India conducted a nuclear experiment, a majority of the nuclear fuel supplier countries imposed major sanctions against India. These included Japan also.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Hatoyama exchanging views on the CTBT in New Delhi was quite on the predictable lines. The Japanese, being the first and only victims of the nuclear bomb, do not miss an opportunity to advocate for a strict control on the proliferation of nuclear weapon technology. But India cannot be blamed for the CTBT not coming into force. As Dr Manmohan Singh made it clear, a new situation will arise when the US and China first ratify the CTBT. Only then can anybody raise the question why India, too, should not put its signature on it.
Despite not having ratified the CTBT, India continues to occupy the moral high ground because of its unilateral declaration of a moratorium on nuclear tests and adherence to the No First Use policy. In fact, India’s record as a nuclear weapon power is much better than that of China, which has harmed the non-proliferation cause by disguisedly helping Pakistan to acquire weapon-production capability.
India’s latest stance on the CTBT remains what the NDA government articulated after the 1998 nuclear tests — New Delhi would not come in the way of the treaty coming into force if the US and China went ahead and put their signature on it.
During the Second World War, Japan was the only country that suffered the devastation caused by nuclear bombs. Since then Japan has made astonishing progress in the technical sector. From this aspect it is reckoned among the leading nations of the world. Nevertheless, it has stuck to its official policy since then. It has neither conducted nuclear experiments nor is it in favor of doing so.
In so far as India is concerned, various successive governments have consistently emphasized that nuclear experiments carried out by have been for peaceful purposes in the civilian sector. Nevertheless, the whole world is aware that India was constrained to take to this path in the wake of the nuclear experiments conducted by certain major nations, especially China. Which is why, India has been hesitant to sign the CTBT. The leading nuclear weapon nations are pursuing their unilateral policy. On one hand they have piled up huge nuclear weapons, on the other they have been restraining other countries to do so. What is actually desirable is that the world should be made nuclear weapon free. All the nuclear weapon stockpiled in the past should be destroyed and a ban should be imposed on doing so.

Agreement on Defense Sector
The agreements on defense and on fighting terrorism are a historic step taken to meet this "need." Japan's most serious problem today is rapid decline in population. The number of deaths exceeds by far the number of births. Japan's social system does not allow foreigners to settle there. Nonetheless, manpower is required to run factories and other enterprises. In contrast, India is beset with a population explosion. At the same time, it has a large number of skilled workers who can become Japan's most dependable source.
Although Japan fully appreciates the stance adopted by India, its policy to amass nuclear weapons is understandable. We are duly aware that Japan has surged ahead in all respects during the past few decades, which is amazing. Japan's stance has been quite cordial. Nonetheless, the fact remains that the two nations have not marched forward on the path of cooperation and friendship to the extent that was expected of them. It is regrettable that they have not been able to do so, so far. For instance, Japan promoted its friendship with China through extending mutual cooperation in various fields. According to one estimate, the volume of Japan's trade with China is 20 times more than with India. It is also true that Japan extended cooperation to India whenever it was sought from Japan in various technological sectors and vital projects.

Comprehensive Cooperation
The Japanese prime minister displayed tremendous response for the supply of the technology required in the introduction of bullet trains in India. There are still numerous sectors of technology in which India can seek comprehensive cooperation from Japan. Even otherwise, India needs to learn a lot from Japan. It needs the Japanese cooperation in its quest for accelerating the pace of progress for improving the economic lot of its people. It is to be hoped that India and Japan would succeed in taking a quantum leap toward their mutual friendship in the future.
Japan might now be hesitating to give nuclear equipment to India. But going by present indications, this partnership is bound to be forged in the future. Japan seems to be pressuring India to eradicate nuclear weapons. Its real targets, however, are China and the United States. Hatoyama's visit will certainly take this growing friendship between the countries to new heights.

End to Atomic Weapons and Obama's Deception

Recently, US President Barack Obama announced to rid the world of atomic weapons at a meeting of the United Nations Security Council’s (UNSC) head of states. A resolution was unanimously adopted, which called for tighter controls on atomic materials to prevent them from being stolen or used for military purposes. The resolution also entailed plans to ban all vulnerable atomic weapon materials and to take effective measures to stop its smuggling, procurement or theft. This historical resolution made it compulsory for the countries transferring atomic technology to other countries to have their atomic facilities inspected by the United Nations. If they withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), they would have to return the technology.

Eliminating Atomic Weapons
Obama also said that the UNSC must play its part in implementing these plans. Thus, Iran and North Korea would have to comply with these resolutions. Japan welcomed this resolution adopted by the UNSC and reminded of its calls to eliminate the atomic weapons since the day it was attacked.
It must be remembered that the United States developed the atomic weapons and tested them on the yellow Japanese race. These weapons were used on Hiroshima on 6 August, which killed 140,000 persons; some of them died immediately and others in a few weeks time. But this did not quench the thirst for blood of the US beasts. They carried out another attack on Nagasaki, this time killing 70,000 persons.
This fact must be considered that there were no military bases or military installations in these cities. There were only citizens living in these cities. Despite this, these cities were targeted, which is a heinous crime and genocide. These attacks were carried out by the country, which calls itself a follower of Jesus Christ, but in reality believes in crusade. Since the time the United States got its hands on the atomic weapons, it started dreaming about conquering the world. But the Soviet Union came face to face with it.

Atomic Power States
The United Kingdom, China, and France also gradually became atomic powers and a balance was struck, which is still in effect. To maintain their domination of the world, they decided not to allow any sixth party to acquire atomic weapons. So in 1968, the NPT was signed, which forbids all countries, apart from these five, to produce atomic weapons.
However, every country has full freedom to use atomic technology for peaceful purposes. The sixth clause of the NPT advises nations to immediately work toward eliminating the atomic weapons from the world.
It has been 41 years since these agreements were signed, but no progress has been made in this area. On contrary, the United States and Russia have been making hydrogen bombs and others weapons of mass destruction in order to outdo each other. All powers have continued to test these destructive weapons. The United States in Nevada, Russia in Siberia, France in Maororc Atol, and China in the Gobi Desert, polluting the sea, land and air. Both the United States and Russia have 10,000 short-range, medium-range, and long-range missiles each. The United States has even started building her bases in space from where she could hit targets on the ground. Both the United States and Russia have produced small bombs that could be fired through artilleries and machine guns. The bombs the United States used in Iraq and Afghanistan had atomic particles, which harmed humans and cattle. These are all war crimes, but no action was taken against the United States or Russia by any court?

Atomic Energy for Peaceful Purposes
In contrast, the United States stops the developing countries from using atomic energy for peaceful purposes in the name of the NPT and threatens to attack them. The best example is Iran, the country that wants to use atomic energy as an alternate to petrol required by its industries. For this purpose, Iran has constructed atomic facilities, which the United States wants to destroy.
An Iranian religious scholar has announced that use of atomic weapons is forbidden in Islam so Iran would not use it under any circumstances. Despite this assurance, the United States is accusing Iran of producing atomic weapons in secret. The US efforts have led the UNSC to pass three condemnatory resolutions against Iran. The US is also trying to get more restrictions imposed on it. George W. Bush constantly threatened to attack Iran. Obama is also saying that the time is running out for Iran so she needs to immediately halt her uranium enrichment because the world cannot wait for Iran to produce atomic weapons.
However, his deputy Joe Biden has said that Israel as an independent country has the right to take action against Iran. Israel sees Iran as a potential threat to its existence and the United States would not stand in Israel's way if she decides to do something in its interest.
This clearly shows that the United States is giving a go ahead to Israel for attacking Iran. But Obama and his deputy must know that Iran is also an independent country. It also considers Israel as a threat and has the right to do whatever she thinks is right for her defense. The United States should not stand in its way, but these Westerners are two-faced. They think they have the right for everything, but do not respect the rights of others.
If Iran poses a threat to the United States and Israel, do not the United States and Israel pose a danger to Iran? Why did the United States travel for 11,000 miles to invade Iraq and Afghanistan? Why does it has its military's central command in Qatar? Why does she have a seaport in Bahrain? Does Iran have a seaport in the Mexican Gulf? Then who poses a threat to whom; Iran to the United States or the United States to Iran? The head of the United States national intelligence agency has said that Iran had halted her atomic project in 2003. Despite this claim, Admiral Mullen believed that Iran could produce an atomic bomb in three months time (25 May). He gave this statement on 24 May. It has been four months, but his claim did not come true. This shows that Admiral Mike Mullen, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, is a liar. He said this to pave way for an attack on Iran. If the United States or Israel decides to attack Iran, it would be disastrous for the Zionist state. The United States installations in the gulf will be destroyed. The tankers taking oil to Europe, the United States, and Japan will be blocked or burnt down.

US Atomic Policy
It was due to the US atomic policy that provided Israel with the atomic technology and know-how because of which Israel has 400 atomic weapons at present. To make matters worse, it has not signed the NPT. Iran, however, has not signed the NPT, and is also complying with it. It has also allowed the IAEA to examine its atomic power agencies. Still, Israel is not held responsible, but Iran is accused of spreading the atomic weapons. It was surprising that the IAEA urged Israel in its conference in Vienna on 18 September to let the IAEA examine its atomic facility and to sign the NPT. This resolution was narrowly passed by 49 votes for and 45 votes against. The Israeli camp denounced the decision and refused to cooperate with it. Their stance was that this organization has unfairly targeted a state, which is surrounded by hostile neighbors who threaten its survival. Obama's ambassador Glyn Davis went a step further and publicly rejected this resolution, calling it redundant. He associated it with political bias, which does not take into account the atomic complexities of Middle East.
Assessment
Someone should ask Obama why he is targeting Iran and Pakistan. Can't he see Israel's 400 atomic weapons? The resolution states that countries at the time of transferring the atomic technology must make it obvious to other countries that the UN can inspect their atomic facilities. In this case, why did the United States exempt India's atomic facilities from being inspected in the atomic technology accord?
It is easier for the United States to give advice to others, but it cannot implement it itself. For instance, the United States has not yet signed the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) that advocates a test ban, but says that a ban should be imposed on fissile material. In reality, the big powers want to protect their reserves of destructive weapons. They also want to stop other nations from producing them in order to maintain their domination. The atomic weapons could not be eradicated like this.

Nuclear Programs of India and Pakistan

The Indian Army chief said that Pakistan has crossed its nuclear defense capability's minimum level. Meanwhile, Nausirunji Sithna, an Indian nuclear scientist and former chief of the Atomic Energy Commission, while confirming the failure of 1998 nuclear explosions, said that those explosions were failed. Therefore, India should conduct more nuclear explosions.

India Becomes Nuclear Power
India became a nuclear power in 1974. Pakistan took 24 years to reach that level. If Pakistan had nuclear technology in 1970, India would have never mustered up courage to invade Pakistan, nor would Pakistan have lost its eastern wing.

Although Pakistan became a declared nuclear power in 1998, but it got the capability in the 80's and the Indian leaders were aware of it. That is why the Indian Army withdrew from the Pakistani borders without invasion.

India did not stop at 1974's explosion and conducted more nuclear tests in 1998.Even after that and during that time, it was always obsessed with amassing the most advanced and the most dangerous weapons. Today India is the greatest purchaser of weapons from Israel. Agreement has been signed with the United States for the purchase of advanced jet fighters. The United States is providing civil nuclear energy to India, and is also going to provide a nuclear submarine to India.

Pakistan's Stand
Pakistan is the US ally in the war on terror, but the United States is rewarding India. The Indian nuclear capability has gone beyond deterrence and the US media have disclosed this fact. However, the United States has completely closed its eyes.

Now India has started adopting another deception by declaring that its testes conducted in 1998 were a failure to avoid signing the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty so that it could improve its nuclear program and conduct more experiments.

Accusation on Pakistan
Accusation on Pakistan for going beyond limits of nuclear capability is, in fact, the production of the nature of the same Hindu moneylenders, according to which it wanted to divert the attention of the world from the expansion of its nuclear program and subsequent conversion into hydrogen bomb. The Pakistani Government should play its role in exposing India's vicious plans before the world and should prepare itself for retaliation, in case of new nuclear experiments.
