Joachim Gauck Becomes German President

Seventy-two-year-old activist pastor Joachim Gauck became German president by an overwhelming majority on March 18, marking the first time a candidate from the former communist east will serve as head of state. It was the third presidential election in three years for Germany after the abrupt resignations of Gauck's two predecessors.
Gauck secured 991 votes out of 1,232 from a special assembly of MPs and other dignitaries. Seventy-three-year-old renowned Nazi hunter Beate Klarsfeld nominated as a protest candidate by a far-Left Party, attracted 126 votes while a candidate for the extreme right drew three.
Leader of Peaceful Revolution
Gauck is a former pastor who opposed East Germany’s then—communist regime and became head of a federal agency overseeing the files of the Communists’ ubiquitous domestic intelligence service after Germany’s reunification. Gauck helped drive the peaceful revolution that brought down communist East Germany and later fought to ensure that the public would be granted access to the vast stash of files left behind by the despised Stasi secret police after reunification in 1990. He oversaw the archive for the next decade.
Hard-Won Freedom
Chancellor Angela Merkel, who also grew up under communism, hailed Gauck's victory as a sign of how Germany had transformed in the approximately 23 years since the Berlin Wall fell.
Merkel gave her backing to the plain-spoken Lutheran pastor in February after then President Christian Wulff stepped down amid a flurry of corruption allegations dating from his time as a state premier. Wulff served only 20 months of his five-year term in office.
He had replaced Horst Koehler, a former head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) who bowed out after an uproar over comments he made appearing to justify using the military to serve Germany's economic interests.
Expectations are outsized for the new president, who has won a reputation across the country as an inspiring public speaker.
As a staunch Protestant like Merkel, he is keen to remind Germans that their hard-won freedoms carry weighty responsibilities with them -- a lifelong theme he has said he will take to the presidential palace.
Gauck himself warned scandal-weary Germans against seeing him as a redeemer, telling reporters the night he was nominated that they should not expect "Superman." He stressed again Sunday that he would "surely not be able to fill all expectations."

Europe, Middle East Likely To Nuclear War Theater

Apparently all the Western powers seem to be united under the banner of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) that has been fighting along with the United States in different regions of the world for their joint interests, while we can judge the their increasing mutual reservations from their military strategies and up gradation of their defense equipments. Their mutual ties are al ties between Pakistan and India. Every country is gathering military on war footing, it is quite surprising and worrying development that the United States has placed entire Europe on the heap of explosion, for a single ember can turn the entire Europe to ashes.

The West is jointly playing an important role in the ongoing US war on terror staged in the global theater. When this drama would end in the near or far future, the Western countries could lock horns with each other. The reason is that the United States has placed highly dangerous and powerful weapons on military bases in the countries in NATO alliance.

Most of these US bases are located on borders in Europe, and any subversive action over there can turn the entire Europe into a war theater. The German, Italian and Irish forces are ready on borders even after21 years of the fall of Berlin Wall 21 years. War between these countries could break out at any time.

The presence of nuclear weapons in the Western countries and then move of hiding those weapons openly is pointing out that the US intentions regarding Europe are also not that of a well-wisher. Most of the US nuclear weapons have been kept safe in military bases located in the NATO region.

Investigative Report
According to recently published investigative report, George Robertson, NATO's former secretary general, has admitted that US manufactured more than 100 nuclear weapons are present in the military base in Turkey. This military base is called (The Incirlik Base). Does it mean that Turkey is a nuclear power?

During his conversation with the media, George Robertson, former NATO's secretary general, expressed it openly that the policy to make Europe safe and eliminate nuclear weapons from Europe has failed. Its major reason is that most of the European countries have obtained capability of manufacturing nuclear energy and nuclear weapons.

The United States has played a key role in making these countries nuclear states. Moreover, Israel also pressed upon the Untied States to provide nuclear technology to some countries.

According to the Western media, Italy has achieved the capability of thermo nuclear strike, while Air Force and Army equipped with nuclear weapons are present on the borders of Ireland and Belgium. They are ready to attack any neighboring country at any time. Moreover, German air force has the nuclear bomb 13 times more powerful that the bomb dropped on Hiroshima by the United States.

Targets of Israeli Nuclear Weapons
According to secret report, the nuclear bombs are present on the air bases of Italy, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, and they are ready for to be used during any conflict. According to the Western media, Israel has the nuclear capability and its evidences have also come in the fore. However, still Israel is denying this fact of being a nuclear power.

Now, the Middle East and Iran are the targets of Israeli nuclear weapons, and that is the reason that it is committing brutalities against the Palestinians. It is also violating the borders of Syria, Lebanon and Jordan. Evidences about Israel being nuclear power are present on global level. However, US sanctions against Iran and free hand to Israel demonstrate the partiality of the global imperialistic powers.

According to analysts, the major objective of the supply of these B-61 thermo nuclear weapons to European countries is to target the Middle East. Control over Middle East is an old plan of the NATO, and the purpose to direct these nuclear weapons to the Middle East further reinforces this agenda.
